About Us
Hoss Co Services LLC Assists Natural Gas Companies
Hoss Co Services LLC was founded in 2012 by owner and President Justin Meeks. Hoss Co. currently provides services for some of the largest natural gas companies in the Country. A West Virginia-based company, Hoss Co, is proud to provide multiple services for companies in the Appalachian Basin.
Hoss Co and its team of employees have nearly 100 years of oil field experience in wireline, pressure testing, pipeline inspection, casing inspection, drilling, and downhole tools. We recently celebrated the milestone of successfully pressure testing our 2000th well. We look forward to continuing testing wells safely and efficiently for multiple producers in the industry. Supplemental Quality Assurance Oversight
Hoss Co is honored it has won a competitive RFP bid through the state of WV DEP office of oil and gas to provide oversight coverage services for the plugging of federal orphaned wells in the state of West Virginia.

Meet Our Team
Owner Justin Meeks
Justin is second generation oil field and started in the industry in 2006. As a salesman for Meeks Wireline and Meeks Directional Services, he used his background in sales and wireline to venture out on his own. In 2012, he started Hoss Co Services. Over a decade later Hoss Co has specialized in providing many different services to producers in the Appalachian basin. Currently Hoss Co provides supplemental quality assurance oversight for the plugging of federal wells, pressure testing and hot shot services. While running day to day operations, Justin prides himself on providing quality service and always being on time. The future is bright at Hoss Co. Justin enjoys any time spent with his family, and lives by the motto of “Family First.”
Vice President Nicole Meeks
Nicole joined Hoss Co in 2022. She organizes day-to-day tasks while maintaining the Hoss Co. safety program. Nicole has worked in and been a part of the safety industry for over 16 years. She has worked in multiple industries with most of her experience being in the construction and gas fields. Nicole has various safety certifications, including construction health and safety technician (CHST). She is highly experienced and motivated with a proven track record of ensuring safety compliance both on site and in the office. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Supplemental Quality Assurance Manager Shea Russell
Shea started with Hoss Co. Services in January of 2023 as the Supplemental Quality Assurance Manager (formerly Compliance Operations Manager). Before joining Hoss Co., Shea has been in the oil and gas sector since 2017 in various roles. A graduate from the University of Rio Grande with a degree in Power Plant Technologies, Shea has various certifications such as NACE, OSHA and API. In his free time, he enjoys nature, fishing, auto mechanics, and travel. Shea enjoys his work and being outside.
Hoss Co Services General ManagerJustin Boggs
Justin Boggs Hoss Co Services General Manager”Justin reprises his role as General Manager of Hoss Co Services. His roles include handling day to day operations by communicating with our pressure testing and hauling managers while maintaining a great relationship with all of our current and future customers. Justin also plays a major role in Hoss Co’s SQAO program being one of our lead officers and communicating daily with the Quality Assurance team. Justin has nearly 30 years of industry experience in all facets of the oil field, his industry knowledge is second to none. His return marks an exciting time for Hoss Co Services and it’s future.
Hoss Co Services Pressure Testing Operations Manager Cody Clem
After years of handling different roles within Hoss Co Services, Cody has been named Hoss Co pressure testing operations manager. His roles will include overseeing and handling all things regarding our testing services, scheduling, customer interaction , etc. Cody has many respectable years of industry experience and has always been a reliable and valuable employee of Hoss Co. Stepping into this role will be a smooth transition and we look forward to seeing Cody excel and help grow Hoss Co’s pressure testing division.
