About Us
Hoss Co Services LLC Assists Natural Gas Companies
Hoss Co Services LLC was founded in 2012 by owner and President Justin Meeks. Hoss Co. currently provides services for some of the largest natural gas companies in the Country. A West Virginia-based company, Hoss Co, is proud to provide multiple services for companies in the Appalachian Basin.
Hoss Co and its team of employees have nearly 100 years of oil field experience in wireline, pressure testing, pipeline inspection, casing inspection, drilling, and downhole tools. We recently celebrated the milestone of successfully pressure testing our 2000th well. We look forward to continuing testing wells safely and efficiently for multiple producers in the industry. Supplemental Quality Assurance Oversight
Hoss Co is honored it has won a competitive RFP bid through the state of WV DEP office of oil and gas to provide oversight coverage services for the plugging of federal orphaned wells in the state of West Virginia.
Pressure Testing Services
Hoss Co is pleased to announce we have finally added a heavy-duty pressure testing unit to its fleet. The 15k PSI gooseneck pull behind trailer is perfect for any producers with higher PSI testing needs. Marked as Hoss Co’s pressure testing division unit #3 this Boatman Industries Big Tex unit is perfect for your needs.
Fire Hose Testing Services
Hoss Co Services is proud to announce the addition of its Fire Hose Testing Division. All fire houses are required to test their hoses annually. With the help of division co-owner and Adrian Volunteer Fire Chief Justin Boggs, Hoss Co has invested in the proper equipment to test our local firehouses hoses in a safe and cost-efficient environment.
Meet Our Team
Owner Justin Meeks
Justin is second generation oil field and started in the industry in 2006. As a salesman for Meeks Wireline and Meeks Directional Services, he used his background in sales and wireline to venture out on his own. In 2012, he started Hoss Co Services. Over a decade later Hoss Co has specialized in providing many different services to producers in the Appalachian basin. Currently Hoss Co provides supplemental quality assurance oversight for the plugging of federal wells, pressure testing and hot shot services. While running day to day operations, Justin prides himself on providing quality service and always being on time. The future is bright at Hoss Co. Justin enjoys any time spent with his family, and lives by the motto of “Family First.”
Vice President Nicole Meeks
Nicole joined Hoss Co in 2022. She organizes day-to-day tasks while maintaining the Hoss Co. safety program. Nicole has worked in and been a part of the safety industry for over 16 years. She has worked in multiple industries with most of her experience being in the construction and gas fields. Nicole has various safety certifications, including construction health and safety technician (CHST). She is highly experienced and motivated with a proven track record of ensuring safety compliance both on site and in the office. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Supplemental Quality Assurance Manager Shea Russell
Shea started with Hoss Co. Services in January of 2023 as the Supplemental Quality Assurance Manager (formerly Compliance Operations Manager). Before joining Hoss Co., Shea has been in the oil and gas sector since 2017 in various roles. A graduate from the University of Rio Grande with a degree in Power Plant Technologies, Shea has various certifications such as NACE, OSHA and API. In his free time, he enjoys nature, fishing, auto mechanics, and travel. Shea enjoys his work and being outside.
Pressure Testing / Hot Shot Operations Manager Ethan Clem
Ethan started at Hoss Co in the spring of 2018. He has since worked his way up to being the Ops manger and lead pressure tester while also managing the hot shot side of Hoss Co. He also provides supplemental quality assurance oversight for Hoss Co. He is trained in safety and has his proper badges and documents for our current customers. In his six-plus years at Hoss Co, Ethan has been in various roles. In his spare time, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family, camping, boating, and riding side-by-sides.
